We, Natascia Neretti & Jim Gibbons, of Poppylove, here state the following duties which we will adhere to:

Re: Pet Quality Kitten

To be always helpfull, to the best of our abilities and knowledge, when contacted by the purchaser of one of our kitten/cat - no matter the age of kitten/cat, and for the duration of the kitten/cat entire life.

Please note that, if at any time we feel that a vet intervention is

needed we will advise the new "parent/s" to do so, and

veterinary attention will have to be given immediately.

RE: Show Quality Kitten

As per Pet Quality Kitten
To help the new "parent/s" to enter the kitten/cat into shows

buy informing them on how to apply for same, give advice on

grooming in preparation for shows etc.

Please note that we cannot assure winnings but we will decide on the quality of the kitten comparing it to the Standard of Points.

RE: Breeding - Show/Breeding Quality Kitten

To help with choice of mate/mating, advising on:

pregnancy care,

delivery,

nursing the babies etc.

Please note that we cannot assure fertility of any of our kittens sold for Breeding - Show/Breeding purposes. All our kittens sold for same are assessed against the Standard of Points and go to their new homes at the age of 13 weeks circa.
Also kittens/cats of Breeding & Show/Breeding quality will have a special breeding contract that we'll have to be agreed before the purchase of the kitten/cat (this particular contract may vary on content & restrictions depending on which blood line the kitten/cat descend from).

Kittens been neutered before going to their new homes will be leaving us between the age of 14-18 weeks depending on circumstances.

We, Natascia & Jim, will deliver the kitten/cat to their new home (unless circumstances out of our controll prevents us from doing so).

If the eventuality of the new "parent/s" having to re-home the kitten/cat (for whatever reason), we will do all in our power to help in finding a suitable home.

In the heartbreaking event of one of our kitten death occuring during the first 12 months of life due to an inherited genetic condition, we will replace the kitten with one of similar quality (as soon as one comes available), but only after receiving a post-mortum certificate executed by a veterinary surgeoun stating the cause of death.

Here states to adhere to the following conditions:

To inform Natascia & Jim about my/our choice of Veterinary

Practise, and inform them of all contact details of same.

To provide Natascia & Jim with yearly Vet Cert. specifying that:

The kitten/cat has received the due vaccination boosters.
The kitten/cat has received during the past 12 months the

necessary worming medications.

3. The kitten/cat is in general good health & appeares properly fed,

groomed & looked after.

To have all the equipment and necessary requirements ready in place for Natascia & Jim to inspect on the day of delivering the kitten/cat.
To never declaw the kitten/cat.
To not let the kitten/cat roam freely outdoors (unless brough in the back garden under supervision wearing a harness & leash, or

when placed in a secure run).

To never give/sell the kitten/cat to Pet shops, Animal Testing

facilities or similar.

To not sell the kitten/cat without previously contacting Natascia & Jim offering them first refusal, and to advise them on

all details of possible new "parents" (if the necessity arises to find

a different family for the kitten/cat).

Only after Natascia & Jim approval is given, the kitten/cat can go

to the new family.

To contact Natascia & Jim immediately if the new

"parent/s" circumstances change and the caring of the kitten/cat

is jeopardized due to this change.

To keep in touch with Natascia & Jim regularly (at least 6 times a year, for the all duration of the kitten/cat life), to let them know the kitten/cat progresses and also to supply photo of the kitten/cat.
To advise Natascia & Jim on the kitten/cat show progresses (in

the case of a Show/Neuter or Show/Breeding kitten/cat).

Re: Breeding - Show/Breeding kittens:

Never to put any of our Breeding - Show/Breeding kittens/cats in cages

or sheds for any lenghts of time. Stud cats can be homed in purposely

built stud houses after the age of 6 months (to be discussed when cat is

delivered to his new home). Stud houses will have to provide the best of

accomodation ie: heating, light, ventilation, connection to a spacious

outside run and also the Stud cat will have to have plenty of human

contact and plenty of feline company too.

The above mentioned stud house will have to be ready for inspection by

Natascia & Jim on the day of delivery of the kitten/cat.

If Natascia & Jim wont find the stud house sattisfactory the kitten/cat will

be brought back until changes are carried out to have the stud housing

coming up to what Natascia & Jim retain sattisfactory.

Natascia & Jim also reserve the right on the day of the delivery of the

kitten/cat to cancel any agreement if they believe that the future stud

would not be happy and properly looked after in the new invoiroment.

Under no circumstances to have any Breeding - Show/Breeding

kitten been mated before the age of 10 half months.

Never to re-sell, pass on, borrow etc., any of our Breeding - Show/Breding kitten/cat to anybody else without having the

kitten/cat neutered first.

And again never ever to re-home a Breeding-Show/Breeding

kitten/cat (after neutering) without contating Natascia & Jim

first offering first refusal, and without Natascia & Jim consent

if its necessary to find a different family.

FAILING TO COPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE WILL RESULT IN NATASCIA & JIM RE-POSSESSING THE KITTEN/CAT WITHOUT ANY FINANCIAL RESTITUTION OR COMPENSATION !

THIS IS A LEGAL BINDING DOCUMENT

ALL THESE PRECAUTIONS ARE NECESSARY FOR THE FUTURE WELLBEING OF ALL OUR KITTENS/CATS AND TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL OUR KITTENS/CATS GO ONLY TO FAMILIES WHERE THEY ARE GOING TO BE LOVED/CHERISHED & LOOKED AFTER THE SAME WAY THEY ARE ACCOUSTOMED TO.
